On receiving the product we found it had something loose inside, as it rattled when we turned it over to install the batteries, which didn't come with the product, but was apparently suppose to, the overal appearance wasn't like what was shown on the original picture, neither was it when it was switched on, have contacted seller who were very apologetic, but to save them hassle on having it returned offered 50% refund, previously they only offered 30% refund, which i refused.
