    The monopod supplied is aluminium, not carbon fibre as advertised, see photo. This is not a problem to me, as I already have a similar carbon fibre monopod, and I only ordered it as a back up, as the price was so good (it's only average for the aluminium version, and I could have got it cheaper from Amazon). It's a good quality piece of kit, but not as advertised. I'm sorry not to give the normal 5 stars I usually give.
