  Seller was incredibly pleasant to speak with. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Everything was exactly as described and well printed. The seller packaging was good unfortunately one of the pieces did suffer a break in two spots but it’s nothing a little glue and the green stuff can’t fix. The time to delivery was longer then I’d have liked but I’m chalking that up to the Canadian postal service. Will 100% buy from them again.

  Not the first time ordering from this seller: - quality - good. Models were clear or practically clear. Appearance nice and detailed enough - execution time - good - shipping - good. Any shipping nuances can be taken care of (had an order during post strike and it didn't affect delivery time at all). Packed safe ⛨ Any questions were quickly answered and any requests considered If any misprints or parts troubles (tiny cracks or wrong sizing) - support was great and reasonable

  Items as described. Shipping seemed to take longer than expected. Assuming USPS/Customs opened package prior to final delivery. Box was in excessively poor condition. USPS put note in box stating they damaged it but did not offer recourse. While I can't fault the seller for what happened to the package; I would order from them again but insist upon a different shipping method.

  Item arrived damaged and missing one figure. I contacted seller and she said that they would fix problems. I also included pictures to explain exactly what I meant. She said it would be taken care of it then nothing happened. Products were nice sculpts but very expensive and way too expensive to not get what I paid for. Shipping cost was very high. Totally disappointed with the service provided. If they did what was promised it would have meant additional sales for them. Now they look like cro

  Thank you for the great review. We did solve your problem we refunded you the difference. You where not satisfied with that resolution so you threatened us several times and we asked you to stop several times we had to involve eBay. We made it clear to you we do not deal with threats or bullies.
