Item arrived without batteries even though the packaging states 'batteries included', the lamps on the magnifier did not work...I contacted the seller who said ebay does not allow them to post batteries ! (So i ordered my own on ebay and they were posted out) The loupe still did not work and the seller seems reluctant to solve the problem... Started eBay dispute procedure.
