  Absolutely brilliant service received from this seller. The item hadn't arrived and the seller actually contacted me to see if I'd received it. When I advised I hadn't they looked into it promptly and discovered it had got lost in transit. Even though it wasn't the seller's fault they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived within a few days. Have saved this seller as a favourite and will definitely use again. Thank you!

  I did not give this purchase a 100% rating as the item I bought (thinking it was identical to one of a larger size that I had bought a week previously), was not identical and of a poorer quality. However, the seller, who was helpful, asked if I could still find a use for the item - in which case they would give a partial refund. I agreed to do so as the item was relatively low value and not worth the trouble of returning it. Otherwise the delivery time and communication with seller was good.
