  I did not have a good buying experience with this seller. I ordered a black Nintendo ds, however I did not receive the stylus nor was the Nintendo ds completely black, it had a white part that made the hinge not close properly. The seller did offer a refund for the missing stylus and imperfect colored part, which I am appreciative for, but why the seller does not check what he’s mailing out? I feel deceived, my time wasted, and hope shattered. Item received did not match description at all.

  I consistently communicated with this buyer in a timely manner, I offered this buyer a free return with a full refund, which the buyer declined, and we came to the agreement that a partial refund for the missing stylus and different hinge color was adequate. (the buyer had never mentioned in our messages that the hinge was dysfunctional, and I think it likely is fully functional, as I replace and fix them myself).
