I emailed the company and explained that I was returning the item and very quickly they apologised and said they would send another one. The item arrived the next day. Very impressed with this company and have no problem in highly recommending them. Top seller.

I have enquired with the seller, got the tracking number and it has ultimately arrived a few days later than advertised but it'd be unfair to mark them down for it. A few pounds cheaper than going to Robert Dyas with their seemingly permanent sale on the 6 pack deal, once you add delivery for an order under £30. It's even cheaper buying direct from BRITA with their discount offers. I just wish they'd last a bit longer. Will likely buy again. Thank you.
