    The Seller sold the 3 items with no hardware or remotes in it as advertised then offered a slight refund to keep the order. In addition one of the items was dented. The Seller should check what they ship especially an open box so everything is confirmed in the shipment and not cause this problem which was avoidable. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER and has a low rating too. Had to get eBay involved to resolve this issue. This has been a very bad experience so look at their other reviews and ratings.

    BUYERS BE AWARE! Sellers lies about condition of items. Marked fan as brand new, received a used fan that they had been previously installed with missing parts needed to install and all bags torn open with parts laying everywhere. Batteries already installed in remote. Contacted seller and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. Didn't offer any solutions finally said they would send a return label but been 4 days no return label and they no longer respond to messages.

    Shipping was fine. The issue with the item was that it was not new as it was sold to be. The fan had already been installed and put back into the box. The box was heavily taped up and there was no part of the fan that was still in its packaging. Item not as described.
