    I have no complaints about this item or the process - shipped within a couple days, received it in New York within about two weeks from when I placed the order, and the item arrived in great shape (as described). Swapping out the original panel to this was pretty easy as well, and I did notice it helped with my temps a bit over the original RGB case panel.
