The customer service from this company was the best iv ever had to deal with. I need the item for my son by Halloween, they didn't have the size needed but they communicated with their supply for myself a number of times and managed to sort 1 for me and it was delivered on time. They Listed items for sale on eBay knowing that they never had any of them in stock. They only acknowledged there was an issue with my order 4 days after my purchase when I contacted them to let them know that the tracking number information that I received was incorrect . When I contacted the parcel courier them direct they informed me that they hadn’t received any items yet And were still waiting for my purchases to arrive to them .
