The item I received did not match the picture and description given. It was yellow and seller did not acknowledge the difference. He accused me of lying. I had Ebay step in to get me a full refund. For some odd reason he shorted me the refund, but Ebay did take care of it.

the item was not as described; the vintage frame had been spray painted gold and there was gold paint on the glass itself. when i tried to return the item, the seller accused me of breaking the frame and tried to refuse the return. i had multiple photos indicating the condition of the frame was exactly as i received it, and ebay overturned the seller's false accusations and i received my refund. I'd document your order very carefully.

Buyer dismantled and damaged the item and returned it. ebay was shown the before and after photos and agreed with the seller that buyer had damaged the item. As a result, ebay did NOT require seller to make any refund
