    This was an easy transaction. No messing just order, pay, deliver. The shoes are as described, great value, packed in a zip lock bag to stay clean before putting in postage bag. Postage was very reasonable. I did have occasion to email Steve in customer services and I have to say this service was the best I have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble, just sorted.     I buy second-hand clothes from this seller all the time as they have great clothes & I try to do my bit to help save the planet. I have a complete wardrobe from thrift-plus. Their customer service is non-existent, you can't ask questions about the item you buy, & the photos can be misleading but they always accept returns. The clothes are great value for money & free postage is another plus. Sadly, they no longer send items in heavy duty paper packaging. No stars for seller comms, no response.

    This is a lovely little black dress with a touch of glamour. It was really good value and arrived promptly and well packed, shared packing in fact, with another item. Just as described. I was so disappointed when I could not do the zip up. However this seller has a return/refund policy so I have pursued that and am still happy. I do struggle with sizing in online shopping, so I will be checking that buyers accept returns from now on Thank you very much.
