They had an issue with delivery being lost, I was unaware but I was contacted to be kept up to date of what was happening. Sorted a new delivery within the same timescale. Absolutely delighted with the product and good customer service. Even though I received a notification advising my package had been delivered, it was in fact delivered to a different address. The person who received my package brought it to me. The package was addressed correctly with my address so the fault is definitely the couriers.

I am in discussion presently with the seller to resolving the issue of the damaged sealed water unit part arriving broken, this part is integral to making it a WET and Dry Mop the water unit part arrived damaged in transit as box also was damaged with a hole in it right over the damaged button part, making the water unit unfortunately unusable, so far were speaking with seller to resolving things..and they seem reasonable, It's NOT sellers fault arrived damaged really, it's couriers..
