    Picture of Mains and sent Bigends. These were poorly packed just chucked in a sendel plastic bag and arrived box crushed and open with bearing packs loose, I asked for a return, He phoned and abused me, i said I had been on eBay 25 years and he said that was BS he is Wrong! I said you can’t have pics of apples and send oranges he said it was a generic pic and didn’t want to accept a return so eBay handled it. Thanks EBay.

    You stated you didn't read the title or description when you placed the order so very understandable you made this mistake. Title is King Std Conrod Bearings - it could not be clearer. We didn't ever speak to you until after we had already approved the return for you so not sure why you would lie about this either? We automatically accept returns on every item we sell within 30 days for any reason.

    Beware. Inferior Chinese brand substituted for the GMB product advertised. Excuses from seller claiming supplier substituted another brand without informing them. When questioned about drop shipping they claim to have had item in stock for delivery. Contradictory statements. Clearly labelled as NEP brand. When pressed, seller offered to cover postage. Even so it will cost me more to return it in lost time and productivity than I paid for the item. I will avoid this seller in the future.

    Honest mistake that we didn't pick up on this as supplier code was the same. Buyer was offered a full refund and to return at our cost. Tracking confirms our items ship from our Total Engines warehouse in Dingley Vic so not sure what the drop shipping comments are about?
