  The boots are great, purchased many times. Something went wrong on the sellers end with shipping apparently my boots showed as shipped but didn't have any tracking info so I waited patiently until all reasonable time allowed then contacted the seller via ebay messenger. They spotted the problem immediately and found a warehouse close to me to ship another pair. From report to resolution in under 6 days! Great Job! Very pleased with their prompt service!

  The item was shipped and delivered within the promised time frame. The boots are as described. I haven't worn them yet, but they look like every other pair of Redbacks I've purchased. One thing to be aware of though; Although the listing is for Redback model "Easy Escape", what arrived was "Bobcat". THESE ARE THE SAME BOOT! They are just named differently for American vs Australian markets. That would probably be good info to include in the listing, since this isn't readily apparent.
