Item never arrived on due date. Then discovered that Seller had dispatched item on the date it was due for delivery. Contacted Seller - no reply. Contacted Seller again mentioning negative feedback. Seller then replied claiming item had been delivered to wrong address. Poor service, poor communication but full refund given.
