The CPU was only packed with a thin foam with pins exposed outside. All pins were perfectly intact and was only a light amount of wear on the surface of the piece. As shown in picture. I refused to cancel it. They did ship it, and all the CPUs are as described, however, I probably won't purchase from this seller again.
