  Scam. You've seen the other reviews. Like many before me, ordered a Fitbit -- got a cheap knock-off. I notice that there are multiple sellers offering the same "Fitbit Charge 6" at around the same price and with exactly the same photo. Yes, I got that message about reorganizing the warehouse. Got it before the product arrived. Got it again in response when I contacted the seller.

  SCAM. SCAM. BUYER BEWARE: Ordered a Fitbit expecting it to be authentic, but what arrived was a cheap counterfeit. It’s clear from other reviews that I’m not the only one this has happened to. Multiple sellers are listing the same item with identical photos and pricing. Received generic messages about “warehouse reorganization” both before and after the item arrived. Avoid this seller!

  I ordered a fitbit charge 6 and this seller sent a generic tracker in its place. When I questioned this they offered a discount for me to keep it. When I said I didn't want it as it wasn't what I ordered they made the return process very difficult. 1) initially telling me to return at my own cost, 2) telling me things get lost in the mail so I'm responsible for it until they say its been received. ebay had to step in to get my refund. Poor experience with this seller. Ebay was great.
