Had to open a complaint to get my refund after returning unused goods. I got replies to my emails but never forthcoming with any refund. Perhaps they we’re hoping I would give up asking? Also, there was a significant price hike from advertised listed price. Clearly advertised price doesn’t include VAT but I decided to go ahead anyway. Posted was separate as expected. Customer service was quick and efficient and when I mentioned that to return to the address in china which they gave me, to return the item to would have cost double the price of the item they sent me an address in Uk and refunded me money straight away upon return.
