    The item sent was not what was advertised, I ordered a 1metre 11 bore shower hose as advertised I was sent a 1 metre 10 bore shower hose. I contacted the seller asking to send the item as advertised and also how how he would like me to return the 10 bore one back. I did not receive a reply and subsequently contacted him again saying the if I do not hear from him then I would give him a negative feedback (still no reply) so hence this negative feedback.

    Apologies for the delayed response as a result of the bank holiday/easter weekend. However the hose supplied was EXACTLY as advertised, namely a Euroshowers Superlus WRAS approved hose, with an 11mm internal bore, in the measurement you chose of 1m. Euroshowers do not manufacture hoses with a 10mm bore. Regardless, as stated in my reply to yourself, we are happy to accept a return and have provided you with instructions to allow you to do this.
