  I received the product (20 glass pipettes with rubber droplets) as described after a week from the purchase day. But the packaging was poor: no info like "fragile" or "glass" on it, only a small piece of soft wrap inside. The result was 6 pipettes were broken. I contacted the seller, explained and sent photos to back up my claim. Next day the answer came they're going to check the warehouse. Three weeks have past since then. I got no pipettes to cover my loss and no more feedback.
