    Through no fault of the seller, the plant was delayed in the mail When I finally got it. it was in bad shape. I gave it some TLC, with hopes it would recover. I contacted the seller, and they were nice enough to offer a refund if it didn't bounce back. Good news, though... the plant has new shoots, and will be fine. I have several banana trees, but this one will probably be my favorite because it survived hardship. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

    I have ordered here before and had a great experience, so I ordered two more Nepenthes for my plant collection. Sadly, USPS exposed the package to extreme cold and both plants died. I sent a message with photos to the seller and they refunded me less than 24 hours later. I will be buying from here again.

    Great seller - item delayed - I sent a message to the seller when it was almost a month since order - seller refunded immediately, item arrived recently with one dry leaf and mother leaf struggling - hardy plant, I potted it and hoping for the best . Otherwise , great seller I will buy from again and again.

    Twice I’ve bought a bat from this seller. The first died within days. As it was within the return date, they sent me another. This was actually dead when it arrived. The was no packaging to keep the plant safe or protect it from the elements. It had died after thawing from a very cold weather spell. This plant should also have been under warranty. This time, they’ve done nothing and won’t even reply to my texts. I wanted another plant (third time lucky) but no, they say they’ve refunded my money
