Contacted the seller only to be advised that incorrect item delivered was an acceptable sales trick! I checked and can now see that although the item name, described and pictured, that I wanted to buy is not what I have actually bought. I appear to have bought something completely different that is unwanted and unusable, but apparently much cheaper than the actual product I wanted and this is apparently an acceptable practice on ebay! This is a con! Draw in by low price and snaked in to buying

Ive put positive as they despatch order very quickly but unfortunately the courier company was an absolute nightmare and after 10 days of a saga admitted they had lost parcel. However the seller dealt with the situation well and issued a refund with any hassle and gave excellent customer service
