    I purchased a console trim for my Mercedes car, unfortunately it was broken in transit, now you would think that i would not leave good feedback....however i contacted the seller and provided a photograph of the item and i got an immediate refund and a very polite message to apologise, so although i never got the item, i did get excellent customer service with no hassle whatsoever.
