On the day delivery due, ignored my messages customer service team refuse to discuss over the phone if you are an “eBay customer” saying all communication must go through eBay, despite managing all delivery directly outside of eBay. Laughed when I said I was disabled and being left without a sink and bath panel on a weekend in central London wasn’t ideal.

The delivery company missed the toilet bowl when delivered, I contacted Chris, who immediately resolved the issue. I actually ended up with two, so again contact with Chris was made and a next day pick up was arranged.
