I accidentally ordered the incorrect product (a smoke alarm without the RadioLINK feature) so requested a replacement (with the RadioLINK feature). The seller communicated very well, and was helpful, accommodating, and efficient. As such, I have now returned the original product and received a replacement, and the process was very easy. Also, both the oridinal product and the replacement were sent fast, in good condition, and as described.

    Item not recieved. Seller did say it was sent but I didn't get a delivery note and I'm not sure which delivery company was used. Seller then canceled order with no explanation. I did ask the seller to confirm the item was new, as advertised, which could be the reason?

    Unfortunately we sent the information and photos for the item that we was sending you but item was not received and was sent back to us, when asked if you wanted the item , You responded that you was not sure about the tamper proof sticker we there fore decided to cancel and offer you a full refund to avoid losses. We do protect our stock and customers by checking and marking our products . we do send out this information before dispatch. we are sorry if it was not clearly stated. regards HK
