The founders of WEST BIKING were US engineers and China-to-World Cycling Athlete. They understood their strengths. So, to make cycling more enjoyable and accessible to people around the world, they did what they knew best. They set out to improve the cycling experience by following three guiding principles: Inspiration, Innovation and craftsmanship.
Over the last 14 years, WEST BIKING has grown well beyond its manufacturing roots to become the world's leading brand of quality bicycles and gear. With more than 700 retail partners worldwide, we aim to inspire adventure in all riders, from casual to competitive.

Received 2 notices, different days that my order had failed attempts of delivery feeling as if we were at fault only to have seller claim no delivery on weekends. Then say there was "NO" attempt rather than failed attempt causing confusion. Did contact seller and received a rather unpleasant response after the first failed attempt. Then second contact, seller told me to go check the post office. Uh no, you check it!
