The item was delivered to the wrong address which was  a nightmare to get back on opening the Bird Table . It had quite a few faults. Marion one of the ladies that works with the company was really good. She did the best, but unfortunately the people that made the table their response was sarcastic and uncaring and very unprofessional, so I got eBay involved and eventually got to courier to come and pick up the unfit un sturdy Bird Table

Dear Victoria, We are sorry that you had to contact us to report a concern with your delivery which the hauliers delivered to a neighbour in error, and for the reported damage. In addition to the reported transit damage, we also liaised with our supplier over the naturally occuring timber characteristics reported with the feeder - whom offered a technical response with the offer of a collection due to the damage.
