After that, the experience was great. The instrument arrived within the scheduled timeframe & is in beautiful condition. The addition of multiple wands & a branded carrying bag are really nice touches. If you're in the States, be prepared to wait for shipping, but I can attest that it's worth the wait.

The rods were bent, so have straightened them, packaging could be better. It plays ok, just got to get some deionised water as recommended. The package smells of smoke, which is a bit off putting for a non smoker. It looks the part, and overall l am happy, just need the bow now

I wish the seller had communicated a little more effectively about shipping. I would have happily paid more for shipping to have tracking updates if that could be an option. But it is a great item and I would purchase more from this seller now that I understand more about their shipping process.
