  Can’t praise this seller enough, ordered a ceramic dog from them, on opening the box the figures tail had broken off. Prompt response to my message and was told a full refund would be made and to keep the dog! and try to glue the tail back on! A small amount of faith in people was restored by this seller.   Arrived well packaged, just as well as courier left it by my bin no notification of arrival when I did find it box was soaking wet. However the seller had posted it in a separate box inside a box well packed with bubble wrap. So I recieved the egg in perfect condition. Well thanks to the sellers excellent wrapping.
