    The wallpaper looks to be of quality and appealing. Unfortunately, it appears that during transit the box had been opened at the one end and as a result, the ends of the rolls were damaged and not held their circular shape. What Walls want have been very easy to communicate with and a return has been arranged for full refund. Would recommend this company and have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future.

    Ordered 5 rolls but the badly packed box was open on arrival with only 3 rolls in. I started a free return after sending photos, so they offered a partial refund through messages. After waiting a week, no refund came. I phoned EBay who said they have not offered a partial refund because to do it they have to use EBay offer system which I officially must accept. EBay offered to help them do it. I explained all this but had no cooperation. Still no refund and gave them more than a chance to refund

    Wonderful wallpaper that appears to be high quality and at a very reasonable cost. Very quick delivery with excellent communication. My only criticism is the packing of the wallpaper was in a torn brown box with no packing and no protection from the rain. Looks like I am not the only customer that has noticed how poor the packing is. However at the price of this loveky wallpaper and speed of delivery I can't complain.
