  Both packages were well wrapped and shipped quickly. Package transit was a little confusing as the first box arrived after 5 days with little tracking info and the second package was delayed 5 days, but arrived quickly with very short notice of arrival. Logistics can be tricky? All parts appear to be intact, but will require more time to verify against the parts lists. No glass is included, but this may be by design from the manufacturer and should be easy to acquire and install.
