  Despite this magnificent and rare, large 18th Century Worcester blue transfer-printed Tankard being adequately packaged for safe shipment, it arrived by USPS broken in pieces during transit. Nevertheless, the Vendor immediatel accepted my claim and photos showing its destruction and issued me a full refund. This was a tragic loss, but Katja did her best to make it right. The broken pieces showed that it was as described, truly magnificent and a great value.
