  The vcr showed up in a reasonable amount of time. It did work initially but stopped working pretty soon after. After reaching out to the seller, we believe it was likely due to it being an older piece of equipment that got jostled around a little too much during shipping. The sellers were very cordial and helped me to resolve this very quickly by issuing a refund after getting the vcr returned. Even though there were some issues, I would still by from them again. Thank you for your help!

  Great packaging. This seller knows his/her/their way around some bubble wrap! And the box was labeled "fragile" too! The dishes came in perfect and the color is just as it appears in the picture. The shipping was high, but everyone can't offer free shipping :-)

  Contacted Whits via eBay messaging before purchasing this item. My concerns were condition of item and original packaging and then packaging everything for shipping. Since this was to be a gift, I wanted to be certain that the item and its original packaging would arrive in an outer box with enough packing material to prevent the metal parts from banging together and getting scratched. The packaging job was superb. The only problem was that the USPS lost it for several days (4 days late)!
