  The quality of the item was good, it was in new condition, it was good value and the item was as described. My only criticism was with the courier the seller used, I asked for Parcelforce and got EVRI, who delivered to the wrong address. I did eventually receive my item and the seller refunded my postage costs. The seller was proactive and communicative.

  Arrived on time and packaged well. Shelving was easy to assemble using the simple instructions and didn’t take long at all. A couple of parts were missing from the box but I contacted the seller who sent out replacement parts immediately. I am really happy with how it looks and think it’s excellent value.

  Ordered black shelves received the white set communicated this to seller no response of an apology no nothing. However even tho it wasn't the set I wanted or paid for the item came in good condition, was packaged well and at a low cost, because of that reason haven't left negative feedback but just to inform people that you may not get the correct colour you have ordered. And seller does not respond when you send them messages. So pot luck on the colour you will receive.
