  This seller is fantastic! I initially had an issue placing my order and though it was on the platform's side, the seller reached out immediately and made it right. My son had missed buying these instore at Walmart and we had a separate issue with Fedex, so it was very nice having such a great experience this time with ordering this limited product. The package was wrapped very well to protect it in transit and arrived in great condition. Discount Queenz made a young boy very happy today! THANKS!

  Customer wanted to make her little boy happy. There was an ebay glitch that didn't allow us to process her order in our usually fast way. We communicated the whole way with the customer and as a token of our appreciation for her complete understanding and patience, we sent her three extra bars. I wish all customers on ebay where like this wonderful lady. You are a credit to customer everywhere.

  Selling such a high dollar item even broken gave us all the willies, but this customer was knowledgeable and super kind. He collects stuff of this quality and was very happy that we where selling it as no one else in the actual world was (no joke) selling this item. Happy to give it at such a fair deal. We used two senior volunteers to make sure it was packed very right and ship on time.
