  I'm happy with the tripod. Everything is as described. One complaint: the packaging included about 20 USPS padded envelopes. I understand the need to protect the item, and I'm glad my purchase was well-protected. Still, I think the seller could have found a better solution than to steal supplies from the post office.

  I am so sorry that you where not happy with us saving money. We have to we are a non profit helping Battered Homeless Mothers. I would rather use supplies that where donated to us by a business that closed than to make a family not get food that day. Again sorry for you issue, but thank you for your donation.
