    Ordered 4 of different colours. 2 were sent, seller notified immediately with query as to where the other two were. No response. Once item raised with ebay there was a response asking for photo of slip enclosed with package. Despite saying I wanted the two missing colours the seller authorised a refund without any consultation or notification that the missing colours were e.g. out of stock. The amount concerned was not great but failing to engage with the customer was disappointing to least

    I have ordered polo neck top and its material composition has been advertised as 100% cotton but an actual item arrived labelled with 95% viscose and 5% elastane. Instantly I have requested a return of the item, however the seller would not provide a free return postage label and they were vague if they reimburse me on return postage. As sensed past posting an item back I have only received a refund for an item. Asked ebay to step in who after investigation issued a refund for postage.

    Top arrived on time, was exactly what I was expecting, sizing also accurate. Had a small problem with Royal Mail, no fault of the seller. Seller was incredibly helpful advising me how to proceed, responded to every question I asked. They went above and beyond! Very helpful. Excellent customer service, which is uncommon nowadays!
