Unhelpful, blunt seller communication when I politely questioned the speed. No official packaging, arrives just in a grey bag. Does not fast charge despite a vague description that 1a will charge faster than standard message. This is not the case. Very slow. Misleading. Would not recommended.

I tried going through the buyer but was clearly rude and obnoxious. Don’t buy from these as they don’t clearly sell you the genuine Amazon plug instead it’s a cheap Primark plug that doesn’t fit an Amazon kindle. Hasn’t even offered to refund or exchange so clearly a rip off. My photos don’t lie like the ones these advertise. My white one in photo is a genuine Amazon lead the black one is the one they sent me. The plug clearly states Primark and all he’s given me is excuses
