First the stone was not the right size, I wanted an 11 ct I got a 15 ct, Second the certificate was for an 11 ct stone. I contacted the seller, on September 23rd they told me they shipped a 15 ct certificate. Oct 3 I contacted them again requesting a tracking # they gave me a UPS tracking# but they hadn't received the package yet. Okay well today is oct 15, UPS still doesn't have the package in there possession. Take what you want from this story and choose whether you order from them or not
