  Item quality and appearance is great looking. Great packaging condition and value for money but item still arrived damaged although box unmarked. Contacted seller immediately with photo proof. Very responsive seller. Offered 20% for a goodwill refund. Then 40% then 70% as per quote - 'Returning item will cause much inconvenience to you' - finally after refusing all partial refunds and 5 days later - 100% refund.
