This arrived on time, with excellent packaging, but unfortunately suffered some damage in transit. The sellers were extremely responsive, and honoured their guarantee without question. One broken input was replaced with four brand new original Quad parts expertly fitted and tested. The amplifier was returned the day after repair and now takes pride place in my hifi. Customer service and communication was the best I have ever experienced, and I can unreservedly commend why buy new for their care.

Exactly what I needed and promptly delivered. Packaging probably a little excessive given the size of the item, but provided a lot of protection in transit. Only quibble is that I was expecting a power supply to be provided, but this wasn't included in the sellers description so should have realised this. Have ordered a PSU to suit anyhow. Would buy from the seller in the future if needed.
