There is no scratch showing on the site photos, so I assume the scratch happened during packing. I messaged the seller right away, with photos of the scratch. Three hours later I received an apology, a full refund, and told "you will not be asked to return it". So I will keep it as a spare. That is what I would call "Exceptional Professionalism". Very much appreciated.

Whilst the product is top quality and new condition. Value for money of the item, be warned about laze couriers who can’t be bothered to deliver as instructed and choose anywhere that suits them not the purchaser . Seller responded immediately so highly recommended.
