  The ink arrived with no outer box as shown in the description. Seller claims ink is good. I would have never bought the ink with no retail package.

  Both the pictures and the description stated that these came inside of the manufactured sealed foil packages. NOT inside of the cardboard box. We offer an easy 30 day return policy on all of our items. If there are ever any issues then all you need to do is contact us and we'll gladly help:)

  I returned an item and followed all requests made by seller. Returned item was delivered in three days. I sent seller tracking number and delivery date. Seller did not refund my payment in three days like Ebay requires. I contacted seller and received a generic reply that asked me to show "shipped". My computer would not accept this. I tried to discuss this with seller but instead of getting a person to discuss with they just kept sending the same reply "show item as shipped".

  Sorry if you had a bad experience, this is what really happened: Buyer ordered 1 Tricolor Ink cartridge. The buyer sent us 1 MESSAGE saying that she wanted to return them because she thought that she was ordering 1 black and 1 tricolor cartridge? We approved the return. A few weeks later, after never hearing back from her, we asked her one time to update the return tracking number she used in the system so we can process a refund, which she never did. The order was still refunded later.
