    Notified that item was posted, then another message that it could not be supplied and a substitute offered. Advised that substitute was unacceptable and asked for a refund - no reply. Sent another message - unanswered until I engaged eBay to follow up. Item was then said to be lost in shipping. Very poor communication and service and would not recommend. Pity there is a no star option. eBay arranged a refund for which I am grateful.
