    Though this item took a little longer than I expected to arrive, it was well worth the wait. The cushions were very full and excellent value for the price. Though the packaging was punctured in one part, the cushions were not damaged. They could have benefited from another layer of packaging. The items were new and just as described. The quality is great so far.

    I ordered what I thought were inserts for cushions, but the seller contacted me to alert me of the fact that I had ordered just the casing for inserts and gave me the opportunity to cancel the order before dispatching it. I am very grateful to the seller for being so proactive and attentive. The order was cancelled straight away and I've got a refund within hours. What a service.

    The cushions (18 x 18 hollowfibre) were delivered today, within estimated time. They are very plump as per the description. I'm very pleased. The packaging had been torn and could have been an issue as the cushion inners were loose inside the the black plastic bag. Someone has taped it up, so no harm done. Maybe a layer to safeguard would be good. Thank you very much

    Item as described. Even though date of arrival was originally stated, I did however feel it took a long time to get here from ordering. Stuffing was just inside the postage bag, there were holes in the bag from being in the system, so the stuffing was visible.
