    Ordered Sun, arrived Tue am! The seller added a note with phone details, to say if it still didn’t work, it was the receiver. He explained by text message what to do. I didn’t know it ran on batteries 🤣. All working perfectly. I can’t recommend this seller enough for taking the time to assist me. Kind people who aren’t out to fleece you, are in short supply.     Brilliant customer service. I ordered a Mertik Maxitrol Remote Control. It came with 2 days with full instructions on how to pair with my Receiver. After 3 attempts, I call the seller and he was extremely helpful. During the conversation we went through all the options and decided that the problem could be my Receiver and not the new Remote. To solve the problem we agreed that I would buy a new receiver and remote, and return other remote. Thank you. I look forward to getting the new order.

    When I received the lead I was convinced it was faulty, the seller [Will] agreed to supply me with another replacement which he did on receiving this I concluded that it was my electronic device that was at fault. The leads were working. The seller was extremely helpful and I can only thank him for he’s help, I would definitely recommend him again.
