    I purchased the Dyson replacement turbine head for my Dyson Big Ball CY23 vacuum. Due to international shipping and customs upon arrival at airport, delivery was delayed for a little over a week beyond max estimated arrival date and the package was damaged (punctured hole possibly from customs check) - however the Item itself was received in mint condition and works just fine for my vacuum. Aside from the delay, I would rate this as an A+ and would recommend this seller!
