Hi! I have paid $130.39, which includes $26.08 in VAT to Norway. Tracking number USPSISP0003139854US does not work, no info, Now 28.04. the package with the carburetors is ready for delivery to me here in Norway with French tracking number: LK045967054FR. Now I had to pay 359 NOK ($26.08)VAT inVAT again. Since I have paid VAT to you I demand to get 26.09$ paid back. Best regards Håkon Magele Wincycles say ebay has to solve this refund.
