  I purchased a pink case for my daughters brand new tablet for her birthday, i paid $35 which included $6 postage, package arrived with undamaged packaging, but the case itself was torn & broken, being unusable & able to be given as a birthday present. I contacted the seller & they refused for me to return the item & receive a refund, they also refused a refund all toegther as they couldn't "loose out on money" and apologised but theres nothing else they can do. Very unprofessional & rude.
